Volunteered at Food Bank for the Heartland 10/24/2024

Grateful for the opportunity to volunteer with an amazing team—Justin Word, Weslee Word, and Brandy Lee—at Prodisee Pantry’s Turkey Trot race in Daphne this past weekend! 

It was inspiring to see so many participants come together to support Baldwin County families in need.

Prodisee Pantry is a faith-based non-profit providing emergency food and disaster relief. Every dollar raised during the Turkey Trot goes towards Thanksgiving turkeys for families facing hardship, helping make the holiday season a bit brighter.😀

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to such a meaningful cause! 🦃 🏃‍♂️

The Needs Pantry 

10/26/2024 Loaves & Fishes kitchen.  Prepared food, cooked, cleaned and served about 360 hot meals to the homeless and needy in Houston.

I worked in the Meals on Wheels kitchen to provide meals for the homebound.

Made lunch for 21 people in the NECU center at Ronald McDonald House.

Such amazing people working for an amazing cause.

Helping families grow together with Family Life WTR this weekend.

This ministry has a proven track record of helping single moms beat the odds of poverty and teaches them to stand on their own two feet!

I spent the weekend in Chimney Rock (Lake Lure), NC assisting in disaster relief work from Hurricane Helene

Feeling blessed to have heard the mission behind this organization. Loving all that they stand for and all the good they do.

Finding Your Way Out of Poverty

Help the Gospel Mission tear down a swing set that was old and not safe, so they can put up a new one.

Assisted Gospel Mission with the dismantling and disposal of outdated playground equipment to make room for new!!!

We removed an old playground set to make room for a new on.

Had some fun with demo on a swing set for the women and children's center.

Victory Ranch

I worked an extra day at Meals on Wheels to provide meals for the homebound.

Spreading Sunshine. Realized I had been tracking my hours wrong. For annual fundraising dinner and serving dinner at Lebonheur.

Happy to help an organization that is protecting our future generations!

I helped set up beds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace, it's always wonderful to see the happiness it brings children

Worked to help feed the needy at Andre house soup Kitchen during dinner service.
